Auto Organize Skipping Files

Hello fellow Emby Lovers!

Noticed lately with the Auto Organize Plugin that, while it does organize files, when I check the folder, for some reason it is skipping some files like they were not even there. There seems to be no reason to which files it picks to organize and which ones it ignores. I've changed nothing with my setup recently, so not really sure how to troubleshoot.

 

Hoping someone here maybe has seen this bug already and maybe found the magic bullet fix?

Actually, I have a couple questions:

 

Are the items that are not sorted in the 'source folder' (or the monitored folder) shown in the activity log?

If so, the source path will be a link. When selected the link will show a popup to tell you why that item wasn't sorted.

 

Sometimes the naming of the file makes it difficult to sort.

For instance, we look for things like: S01E01 for episodes. this tells us the information to sort the file.

Actually, NEVER MIND!

 

I just figured it out. I don't ever remember changing this setting, but my settings had 1GB being the minimum file size otherwise it would ignore the file. I don't know what made me look there, but that's when I found the issue.

 

Now, the next mystery, who changed my setting lol

are you currently running the 'Extended Functionality' versions of Auto-Organize? or the 'Catalog' version?
