Remote Access not working after restoring Backup on new computer

Hello, 

I recently moved my server to my new computer by restoring from a back up. For some reason I cannot get remote access to work. 

Things i Have done:
- canyouseeme.org, the ip address showing is correct
- the auto port forwarding with nothing in my router port forwarding, the auto forwarding turned off with my router forwarding the port.
- firewall, has the port as an exemption
- Trace route

After doing some more tested with my firewall, it appears that is what is preventing connection.

I did some tests and restarting Emby, it has sorted itself out.

So all of a sudden remote access has stopped working again. I have noticed this happens periodically.
