Upgrades for EXISTING keys

Hi,

I have this 45 Device Monthly $11.99.

I reached the limit, i deleted devices but it doesn't work, what can I do?

Otherwise, I can take an Upgrades for EXISTING keys but what do I have to take? this one ? see attachment.  Will this be cumulative with my existing license? $ 11.99 + $ 5 for 90 devices?

Or Do I have to stop my 45 devices subscription to take out a 75 devices subscription?

You would upgrade to the 75 license monthly package. So basically drop the 45 and replace it with the 75.
