You need Theater Desktop for such functionality.

Likely something is causing transcoding, could you provide ffmpeg log for one of those playbacks?

Your client is reporting no support for DTS-HD MA audio, and you're trying to play interlaced media, might wanna tinker with the app settings a bit.

TranscodeReasons=AudioCodecNotSupported

great thank you, but what can I do in the windows emby store app?

In the emby desktop app, it runs smooth now with video output over gpu. external player works too now.

Store and Destop Theaters still differ somewhat in their features/functionality. They are moving towards unification, but it ain't there yet.
