BirdBare 9 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Hello, I know I should send an email to billingsupport@emby.media but I haven't heard back yet and this is an emergency. I am seeing the following message when I add my Emby premier key: "Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid." I run Emby in a docker container and have had to reset it a few times recently for testing purposes. Is there anyone who I can message to get this resolved asap? We are trying to watch a movie as I type this. Thanks so much!

BirdBare 9 Posted November 27, 2021 Author Posted November 27, 2021 Thanks for the reply. I read through and tried everything. I attached the emby log. Can you help me figure out my issue. I've never had a problem before today. embyserver(4).txt

Fix outgoing SSL errors on some Linux distros
BirdBare 9 Posted November 27, 2021 Author Posted November 27, 2021 Is this a new issue? I was doing great until today. If so, I'll work on updating... very unexpected.
BirdBare 9 Posted November 27, 2021 Author Posted November 27, 2021 Just as a side note. I'm not sure if this is related, but I can access the server from outside the network. So I find it weird that Linux is having issues with the network.

As you log shows you can not make any external connections.
BirdBare 9 Posted November 27, 2021 Author Posted November 27, 2021 I appreciate the help! Thanks for the fast reply. I rolled back to my 4.6.4 install and it works again. I'll work on updating to 4.6.6 tomorrow when I have time.
