Keep Losing Guide Data

Running v. 4.6.7.0 on Win10. Channel guide is empty. When I go to Live TV > Setup, there are no providers in the Lineup dropdown beneath my zip code. I deleted the existing guide data source and tried to add it in again but there is nothing populated in the Lineup dropdown. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened in the past month or so but it seems to "fix" itself. 

Any suggestions? Server log is attached.

The Emby guide source. I just tried it and it's working again. Do you have any idea why this keeps happening?

No I don't but I'd suggest checking it daily.  If you the guide disappear again, upload the current as well as day before logs which could help show what happened.

If you manually refresh the guide data in emby server, how does it look once that has completed?
