New Library not showing in "My Media"

After creating a new library on existing path on Synology it does not show up in the "My Media" section and on my home screen. Library and it's content is accessible through the server settings - Library screen. Problem appeared after updating to 4.6.4.0 (from 4.5.4.0).

Synology DS214+ on DSM 6.2.4-25556 update 2
Emby server 4/6/7/0
No further problems, everything working fine.

@RickElferinkDo you have Access restrictions applied to the user?  If so you have to add new libraries every time you create them per user.

Settings-Users-select your user-Access tab

Yup!! For some reason the access to all libraries setting changed (and I accused the update...).
