Ralentissement lecture en extérieure

Bonjour,

Merci.

On 22/11 around 18:28 Martine on 55OLED804 was watching last nigh in soho and it worked very well. She stopped the playback.
The 23/11 I was connected with the user KPI since 19:33 watching cruella in local network.  It worked very well.
Then around 20:11 Martine connected on 55OLED804 to finish watching Last nigh in soho.
And from this moment for KPi in local it worked but I had 2 freeze on the other hand for martine in external use it did not work any more.

@Mahtan can you please attach the ffmpeg log from this as well?

Also can you update to Emby Server 4.6.7 ?

I have update emby :)
and attached the ffmpeg file that seems to have been a problem.
I also attached the ffmpeg of the direct stream

I have the impression that we are heading towards a nas not powerful enough to manage 2 streams?
One in transcoding externally and one in direct stream locally.
What would be the solution?
Change of nas ? a model advice from synology to manage this kind of situation ?
Install a multimedia box at the person's home for which there is no need for transcoding? a nvidia shield?

Hi, yes an nvidia shield could certainly help reduce transcoding.

But yes it looks like your NAS is struggling with the video transcoding.

A xiaomi box would limit transcoding as much as a shield?
Do you have a nas model (synology) that template would allow me to transcode for 2-3 people at the same time?

The Shield is best but the xiami isn't bad either. @FrostByte how many transcoding streams can your Synology handle?
