Lock Metadata release date

Hi,

Is it possible to lock the release date of the movie?
Example: Venom 2 was released yesterday but the release date is 09/29/2021? I don't mind changing it manually but it changes automatically when scanning.
Then it does not end up at the top of the list when the sort is in release date
