AndroidTV shows only two Continue Watching

Emby Server 4.6.6.0 (Windows 7) & Emby AndroidTV app 2.0.48g

Hi, quick question... on the Android TV app I see only two Continue Watching items while on the server it shows more than two. Is the AndroidTV app intentionally limiting to show only two Continue Watching items? Is this adjustable? I would like to show all of them... Thanks

AFAIR item limit there is like 20. So something is off if you're seeing only 2. 

Maybe your Home Screen didn't refresh, enter any library or item and hold (not short-press) Back key.

Very weird... so for me the AndroidTV app only shows two Continue Watching items even if the server home screen shows more than two. If I play a third on the app (an item that's not already one of the two) and then back out of it, the new third one will move to the front of the Continue Watching list and the original second Continue Watching item drops off the Home Screen, again leaving me with only two showing. 

But now holding down the Back Button does indeed work and I show the full Continue Watching list. So another Emby trick I had to learn... Thanks

Personally never observed such behaviour. I suppose you'll have to wait for @ebr to potentially shed some light there. Curious, though. 

In your Web app, enable Next Up (Legacy) Home Screen section (Settings>Home Screen), then refresh Android TV Home Screen - do they show now?

This is a new one on me too.  Can you please get it to where it is only showing two items and then follow the instructions to send a log from the app?

Well, seems I have to hold the back button down many times during Emby usage to make the Home Screen refresh properly. Is this normal? Shouldn`t it refresh by itself? Any setting i can do server side to help this? Thx

I had the exact same thing. For me it only showed 1 item on the ATV app, and 2 items on the server. I refreshed and both items were showing again on ATV. Very weird cus can't remember if I've seen this behavior before.

Running 4.7.0.18 (Synology) / 2.0.55g
