Emby server cannot update metadata or view plugin catalogue

Since updating to the latest emby server 4.6.5 I can no longer see plugins in the catalogue, nor create/update metadata for content. The first I noticed the issue was when watching content and my smartthings scenes were not working. When I viewed the smartthings plugins all the scenes were blank. So, I uninstalled smartthings and when I tried the view the catalogue it would just sit with the spinning icon. I can no longer update retrieve metadata for any new content.

I have not changed any settings on my network or server. The only change was updating the emby server to new addition. I am not using a VPN. The server has working internet connection. I also run a Plex server and it can update metadata for new content.

I have attached my recent logs.

I am using Ubuntu 21.04 for my server.
