You could check out the swaggar API. Specifically 'Sessions', and General commands.

Sending browse commands, is in there.

Yes That's what I need.... I like to start EMBY IOS from another app with URL schemes

if you're on Android then yes, you can deep link to a specific item using the emby:// scheme.

You currently have to set the Intent action to "android.intent.action.VIEW", then you can use a link like "emby://items/{SERVER_ID}/{ITEM_ID}"

iOS has a slightly different url format, where the item ID and server ID are query parameters. So you can use

"emby://items?serverId={SERVER_ID}&itemId={ITEM_ID}" on iOS.

Hello,

Do you know what the URL would be for Apple TVOS?

Tried both:
emby://items/{SERVER_ID}/{ITEM_ID}
and
emby://items?serverId={SERVER_ID}&itemId={ITEM_ID}

No luck. It opens the app but does not navigate to the content.

Thanks

Brad

HI, I would follow the same convention as iOS, since the two apps share a lot of resources. We just haven't added support for this yet in Apple TV, but we can.

Is there any way to directly open a particular user? Are these app intents documented anywhere?

in context of ios

Hi, there isn't but that would be a good one to add. And yes we should look at documenting the supported intents.
