When updating emby in ubuntu, to its latest version 4.6.5.0, the images in the series libraries appear corrupted. All that image content has been removed.

Hi there, can you please show a screenshot example? Thanks.

Hey!

I was having the same errors las night after updating. I hope I can throw some light into the matter. I'm using the linuxserver's docker-emby image and it seems to be an issue with the SSL certificates when calling thetvdb for show posters, seasons and actors (logs attached). It seems to be related to this issue.

Downgrading back to 4.6.4.0 resolved the issue.

fortunately I had a backup, unfortunate that it happens, but it is understandable that sometimes this happens.

Hi, yes apologies for the disruption. This is due to an outgoing SSL problem. We'll be getting a 4.6.6 update out today to resolve it. Thanks.

I know they're unrelated, but do you have any idea if linuxserver.io will push an update like this, or do they usually wait until their weekly update?

I've sent a message to a couple of them so we'll see what they say. Thanks.

Hey,

A new build should be build shortly once our build system detects the new version, so should be soon :)
