Missing ca-certificates.crt in the 4.6.5.0 deb package

Hi,

I updated from 4.6.4.0 to 4.6.5.0 on Debian today and found that I couldn't identify new movies and couldn't load the plugin catalog anymore.

Digging through the logs, it looks like /opt/emby-server/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt is missing from the 4.6.5.0 deb package which causes invalid certificate errors when Emby attempts to contact external websites. Copying the ca-certificates.crt from the 4.6.4.0 release fixes the issue.
