reptarsrage 0 Posted November 16, 2021 Posted November 16, 2021 (edited) Emby Version: 4.6.4.0 Playback Devices: Windows 11 Chrome, LG Smart TV, iOS App When playing certain content, the player will render frames out of order resulting in very choppy playback (see attached video). This happens with a few different files. I've attached the media info for one such file. This issue occurs across all devices that I've tested on. However, when played in VLC the file does not have this issue. Solution Happy2Play 9780 Posted November 16, 2021 Solution Posted November 16, 2021 From a browser standpoint this is a known issue as most browsers do not even support this format. (best alternative is Emby Theatre for Windows) https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/102877-question-about-browser-support-for-hevc But the other client/apps would/should be a different issues. 1
