Currently I have 50 users that I added on my server. Last July, I paid $99 for the 45 devices lifetime. So question now is, on my status it says "You have a Annual Emby Premiere plan, but you are over your device limit!" why did it say annual emby premiere plan when I paid lifetime and now saying I am over the device limit" how much should I pay additional to add more users?

to add, currently I am paying 5.99 per month so what does this entails when I paid $99 last July for the lifetime. I kinda confused about this.

Not really clear as Premiere page states:

Quote

Upgrades for EXISTING keys

These options are only valid with an existing Emby Premiere Lifetime or Yearly key on the same email address you use here

45 Devices Lifetime

$99/One Time

and you being on monthly subscription, however I would address my inquiry to:

billingsupport@emby.media

for any Premiere related issues.

Keep in mind Emby is license by device needing Premium Features, not users. 50 users does not equal 50 devices as users could share devices or have multiple.
