Unable to play video content

Hello,

I have a problem playing video on my Samsung Galaxy Flod 3 with the Emby application.

Most of the content does not play. I can't launch a video and it stays paused.

I made a video capture of my problem.

You will notice that I can only read some content (anime) that uses the same codecs.

Of course no problem on the web version.

What kind of information do you need? So that I can send them to you to solve the problem.

I go directly to the port 8920.

I have real problem only on the application.

Whether it's live streaming or with the content offline on my device.

What kind of ssl certificate are you using?
