Ben2357 0 Posted November 7, 2021 Posted November 7, 2021 So my brother set up my emby server on his raspberry pi. I have a 1 terabyte hard drive plugged into it. That hard drive is nearly out of space and I want to add another one. Would my raspberry pi recognize it automatically or would I have to add it manually? If I do have to add it manually, how would I do that?
Solution Luke 42077 Posted November 8, 2021 Solution Posted November 8, 2021 Hi there, in terms of the RPI side of things, does this help you add a second drive? https://aallan.medium.com/adding-an-external-disk-to-a-raspberry-pi-and-sharing-it-over-the-network-5b321efce86a

2009vib 0 Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 (edited) I need help. Is it possible to add a hard disk to emby for Ubuntu Server Edited February 9, 2023 by 2009vib
Luke 42077 Posted February 21, 2023 Posted February 21, 2023 @2009vib were you able to figure this out? Simply install a new hard drive into your server machine, and then import the new folder into Emby Server in Emby library setup.
