Can't unlock Android tv app

Hi,

 

just yesterday I installed and purchased the app Unlock via my Android TV, however the app cannot be unlocked.

When I try to "restore the unlock" it tells me the "Unlock is not purchased", but when I try to re-purchase, google play tells me I already own the unlock.

I have a single google account on my device, it's the same device I purchased it on, left it for 24hrs, rebooted, nothing helped. Internet access is OK, not blocked by any FW.

Is there anything you can do on your side or is this just Googles issue?

Hi.  Can you please do that and then follow the instructions to send a log from the app?

I reproduced the issue and sent the logs @ 18:11 CET / 12:11 EST

Hi.  Thanks for the log.  The response we are getting from Google is that the unlock has not been purchased.  I wonder if this is some sort of incompatibility with that older model Android TV - although I doubt that.  It is running only Android 7.0 but I don't see any errors in the process.

Can you please email billingsupport@emby.media with the Google transaction ID for the unlock purchase and we can go from there.
