video encoded with .3gp won't play under Android

I have a clip of my grandson sent from an iPhone.  It will play using my Galaxy S20 cellular phone, and Emby Theater under Windows and it plays using VLC and the Windows own media app under Windows.  I am guessing that the original video is a lot different in quality, but when it is sent via text, all sorts of compression takes place (I hate getting these videos by text, I want the original quality).  

It will NOT play on any of my Android ATV boxes , including the Shield, nor Emby, running in Windows Chrome browser, it is all garbled.

This imbedded clip does not have sound, I can't figure out how to just insert the file so it has sound????

Download that video and it will play with sound.

Had my son email me a copy of the original, so I deleted the ones that were from a text.........

Will create a new topic and include the required information, if it happens again
