I'm logged in as a non-admin user using the web app using Edge. At the home screen, click the menu button, see the double 'sign out's.

Yes this has been reported as a user account issue and will change in 4.7 as that option will no longer exist on that menu.

2x sign out button in menu - General/Windows - Emby Community
