Some problems,use infuse and emby with WAN

EMBY SERVER : Asustor NAS version 4.7.0.15

Infuse or emby can be played when using a local connection.

but, when using WAN

EMBY Cannot play  "No compatible streams are available"

Infuse sometime can play , but can't skip.

In NAS, no upload speed.

If you use a browser to open the emby-address, there is no problem at all.

Please try reconfiguring the user permissions to reenable the options in my screenshot above, and then see if that helps. Thanks.
