Download folder empty but still have files on first page

Hello, 

Even if I deleted all files 

I still have the file on the first page : 

 

You can see "Koh Lanta la légende" even if I deleted the file.

I'm not aware of any fix. I don't know how it resolves itself, but it seems to go away eventually. Maybe a server restart?

In Emby. How exactly I don't remember but it was directly in Emby

Impossible to delete. I desinstall and install again. It's good now
