Premiere key applied but still no LiveTV

I have pasted my lifetime Emby key but features are still locked. The server never gives any confirmation of the key being applied and accepted.

Logs are not located in the expected path on Windows 10. Has the location changed since the posting guidance was written?

I can watch LiveTV on the server but not on a browser of a local LAN client. The error on the LAN Client is saying I need Emby Premiere. Is this a known issue?

Hi.  There is no validation in the log you posted.  However, this:

indicates to me that the server is probably validating fine but something on the LAN client is blocking validation.  This could be an add-in like privacy badger or something else similar blocking the browser's access to our servers.

Thanks Team! Turns out I had to clear cookies in chrome and then it worked as expected!
