Is tvdb images not available now?

Image was working well but recently only primary and backdrop are downloaded which is from TMDB. All type of tvdb images are not available.

Game of Throne has all images which were downloaded past but there is no search result now

There are even "no option for tvdb" except on primary and backdrops images.

Every options looks fine and there is also tvdb id on metadata which is automatically found.

All image types are not available from TVDB.  Can you be specific on the issue as your images do not reference a specific image type.

But you are having a issue with FanArt.tv as your log is flooded with SSL errors.

That's right. All image types on tvdb not working. So, it's not my problem and all I have to do is waiting for update right?

You'll need to give exact example as to which image type you're having issue with.

with my setting in the picture,

TVDB: issue with all types except episode's primary image

TMDB: (series' primary, backdrop) and (episode's primary) works well, but not (series' logo, thumb)

they all exist on the database site.

The "All Languages" box needs to be clicked so it will move over to the right. Then you should see what there is. You have it restricted by language otherwise.

Sorry but all image types are not available per site.

TVDB currently only programmed for Primary, Banner and Backdrop

Movies

FanArt.tv all types

Then there is OMDB but will not count them

I do not see any issues from available TVDB or FanArt images.

Possibly do to selected language, but log full of FanArt SSL errors.

Language was the problem.

Changing "Library setting - Preferred image download language" to English helped.

I think if there is no preferred language image it should download original language of the content instead.

 

"All Languages" box didn't worked with my language setting(korean). TVDB was not searched on this method.

 

In English setting, there is still no logo. In logo editing, there is only FanArt option which searches nothing.

So, TVDB doesn't provide logo images although they have the images on the site?

 

I don't have FanArt personal API key. Is this the problem?

tvdb logos will be supported in a future update to our tvdb plugin. Thanks.
