mgranger 4 Posted October 31, 2021 Posted October 31, 2021 Whenever I try to watch something from my phone I get about a minute in and then the app is not able to keep up. I have a Note 20 so it should note be my phone. I am able to watch the same shows on my TV app no problem. I have tried changing the quality and it doesn't seem to help

Luke 42077 Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 OK it looks like you've set the quality setting in the app to about 20 mbps. Can you try lowering that much lower, to say 3 mbps? Then you can work your way higher as you see success with it playing smoothly.
