HP Server keine Hardwarebeschleunigung

Hallo,

Ich besitze diesen Server: HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus, Pentium Gold G5420, 8GB RAM (P16005-421).

Ich benutze die Emby Version 4.6.4.0 und habe eine Emby Premium Lizenz.

Harfwarebescheunigung ist aktiviert, aber wird nur per Software transcodiert

Hi, that has HD Graphics 610 so it should support Quicksync by Emby for hardware transcoding.

Please do us a favor and switch your system to English for a minute and then grab a couple of screen shots of the Transcoding menu setup.
If the first option is not set to Advanced also switch it to this after grabbing the first set of screen shots and now do the same.
Set your language back again now.

Post those screenshots so we can see how things are configured.

Logs menu.  This step is performed at started so if you can't find it easily restart the server and it should be at the top of the list.

Yes that is your problem.  Matrox is an old card that doesn't support transcoding.

You can try and load the Intel UHD Graphics driver.  If this doesn't work you may need to shutdown and go into the BIOS to see if there is an option of graphics adapter to use. If so try switching the to the Intel as the primary.  If the Matrox is in a motherboard slot you could try and remove that as well as a last resort.

Your CPU should support QuickSync but will require a graphic driver to actually use it.
It's possible the design of the HP server doesn't allow this, which I don't know.

If you look at the back of the case do you see multiple different options to plug a monitor in? Could be VGA to HDMI.
 

I would do a scan in the driver section to see if Windows finds the hardware.
If not looking in the BIOS to see if it can be enabled is likely your only hope.
