Painkiller88 249 Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 Hi, Adding or replacing an image for movies should get an update. Actually it is not possible to add an image from URL if there isn't already one. This should be added as this is one of the main reasons why we need to add an image. Drag&Drop directly from the internet is not possible as the browser then loads this url instead of letting me drag it in. So the only way to add a new image is to download it and add it. The option to add it from URL would make things a lot easier. thanks
Luke 42078 Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 Hi, why do you think you can't add from a url unless there already is one? Have you explored the context menu?

Painkiller88 249 Posted October 29, 2021 Author Posted October 29, 2021 All Others have some Placeholder where the Context Menu is available but Fanart doesn't. See Disk for example
Happy2Play 9780 Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 I see what you are saying, since there is no blank placeholders for backdrops like there are for other image types you do not have the card menu options. But at the same time the menu for backdrops is not the same either when there is a place holder. Unless this is reworked for Backdrops you would always need a blank place holder as one usually has multiple backdrops. So this topic is only about one image type. But I know on Windows I can click browse and enter the url.
roaku 842 Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 I think this might match my request here: 1
Luke 42078 Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 OK yes for backdrops I see what you mean. Thanks.
