Hello,

I have installed Emby server on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

Everything works fine if I download something manually (without sonarr) but if I download through sonarr, I get playback error - "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details."

Please guide me on how to fix this. I have been stuck on this for hours.

Regards,

Saif

Is this via seperate Servers or Docker on the same server - If dockers this maybe something to look at:

If you are using emby connect in *arr are the docker side paths  in your compose file exactly the same as in your docker config for emby i.e

*arr

-v downloads:/mediapath/subfoldertv/

emby

-v media:/mediapath/subfoldertv/

The first part before the colon is irrelevant (host path) but the path after (how its reached inside docker container) needs to match otherwise *arr will report an incorrect file path to Emby

So if it was incorrect the following would happen

*arr

-v downloads:/mediapath/subfoldertv/

emby

-v media:/mediapath/tv/

emby connect in *arr will tell emby the file is located at /mediapath/subfoldertv/ whereas emby is expecting files in  /mediapath/tv/ which would throw the above error as the path doesent exist inside emby libraries

That would correct itself however after a automated scan would run
