theme.mp4 not working on samsung app?

Hi, i played around with theme songs and movies and recorgnized the Samsung App 1.1.05 on an Q90R seems not to support background movies.

Is there any way to get this working as it would bring the feeling a bit more to netflix where you can see the video in the background

ah right in the app it is a seperate setting. my fault i will enable it and try it again. thanks

Enabling it in the app is the solution. My fault, in the browser they work without activating anything special.

Right it's not enabled by default because some of these smart TV's are really slow, so the video backdrops feature might not perform well on them.
