Glassertje 4 Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 Hello, I'm new to Emby and I'm busy to setup everything. But i have 1 problem. Some series episodes have no description of the episode. If i check TVDB, IMDB, thetvdb, they all have a description what the episode is about. (my English is not so good, so i hope it's readable). I tried every Episode metadata downloaders, becourse I'm assuming that is the one, but no luck. Can someone help me and tell what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

I wanted to tried a fresh install on DSM7, but after install again, all settings were there. No idea how to remove all information. So i made some screenshots and serverlog. As example i took from the Power Book III: Raising Kanan (2021) E10, is the last one from season 1. But i see this also by other series. I made a screenshot of the metadata from the episode. The 2 ID's are filled in. I already tried to refresh the metadata. I added also screens of my settings from the library. GrimReaper 4739 Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 My guess would be that's again one of "virtual" episodes creating issues. Do you have "Display missing episodes within series" option enabled in your library settings (can't see it in your screenshot since no "Show advanced settings" ticked) ?

The strange thing is, that the other 9 episodes have English description to, whiteout changing anything. Edit: i did the same whit The Blacklist S9e1 and that did not work. Is there a way that if there is no dutch translation that English will be downloaded. This happens already by allot of series but some not by default. Edited October 27, 2021 by Glassertje
