keithwalker80 6 Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 Good morning! I have clicked on 2 items for download from my Emby server to download to my phone. Nothing has shown up on my phone ast to what I have requested. I only see on my downloads page, "Ready to Transfer" for both items. Could you please provide a tutorial or explanation as to how I can download the content to my device for traveling purposes please? Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

keithwalker80 6 Posted October 25, 2021 Author Posted October 25, 2021 I have tried to download 2 movies from my server to my phone through the app. From what I can see in my app settings, it looks like there should be no issues.

Luke 42077 Posted October 26, 2021 Posted October 26, 2021 Did you check the server downloads section? They may require conversion before downloading and so that needs to complete first.
