Emby not playing content. Buffer like problems

Hello, I'm new to the community. I have been trying to watch a show on emby from a friend's server. My internet is running at 250 Mbps and it will play for a few seconds, but then it pauses and almost buffers. I paid for the premier hoping I would be able to download the content and I could just cast to my Chromecast, but the issue still arises. 

Please help as I'm just trying to finish a show.

Hi there, I would suggest stopping, then lowering the chromecast quality setting in the app you're casting from, and then try to play again. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
