No Cover Art , No Thumbnails and no Metadata on TV Shows

Hello Admin ,

I am genuinely very interested in signing up for your service since I've found it to be the most stable amongst the alternatives and mostly because of the "Vertical Stretch"  feature which is simply awesome but what's not so awesome is that for the past 2-3 weeks I have installed and reinstalled the server on Both Nvidia Shield and on a windows machine but I'm having issues with the scrapping of video files more specifically with the TV show packs. My 4k/Blueray rips appear to scrape fine along with the thumbnails , poster art and complete metadata but even after repeated server install attempts on both android and windows only specific TV shows would have cover art and metadata.

I'm really hoping that you could help as this is the solution that I've been searching for a while now.

Just as a standard question, did you check out the naming of TV shows, as in -

Also you'll probably be asked to give an example of a series that didn't work, maybe with a screenshot from File Explorer of file / series structure.
