cover photo for CDs won't change.

Hey,

I changed the cover art of a few CDs in emby. I did this with mp3Tag (Folder and mp3's are 1 and the same cover photo in windows). Then rescanned the respective library but there is no visual change for the affected CDs (Old cover photo is not replaced by the new one (For Folder and MP3s)).

Fixed: (Apparently a novelty), when manually selecting the cover photo, the photo does change (after retagging).

It's a cache issue.  You can also get to the new image by clearing your browser cache.  Chrome has a shortcut. [Ctrl] {shift] [del].  It's pretty handy, Cached images and files, last 24 hours is all you need.

After scanning, replace the old photo by manually selecting the new photo (this operation replaces both the CD cover photo and the MP3 file photo)

OK that's not necessary. Is there an image file inside your album folder? That might be what the server is getting, and that's why replacing the embedded images didn't immediately result in a change.
