Is there an option to remove the "next up" section in shows?

I think it would look nicer and be less confusing to just show seasons when selecting a show.

There are currently no options to hide these rows in itemdetails.  But most prefer not having to do the additional navigating, but options are always possible in future releases.

It can be done in the local web client with custom css, but only affect that client.
