Will end user notice the difference from normal hard drive to nvme

Hey all, im thinking of moving server below are the links. Im changing from normal hard drive to nvme, setup will be emby rclone radarr/sonarr ombi with around 30 users. Would the end user notice the speed difference with the hard drive change? i don't think the CPU will make much difference would it.
