no just set the option to prefered but not required

So you didn't configure any SSL in Emby Server? If you're not using a reverse proxy then you'll need to do that.

i found the solution, i don't know why but https is working www.mydomain.com but not mydomain.com. What do i need to change?

How did you generate the cert?
Did you create it for www.mydomain.com or for wildcard use for mydomain.com ?
