cloudflare ssl certificate doesn't work need help

Hi, so i think it's fourth time in those last 2 years that i've been trying to make https work. But it never does. I have ovh domain name, i've configured cloudflare, the servers are working, i create a certificate, convert it to the good format, install it on my emby, add the password, i've forwarded the ports. And everytime it doesn't load and brings me to the cloudflare error page

on the ovh page i can see an overview of my website and i can see that page, but i can't access it in any way, it doesn't work, i can only use the http port to access the site

I followed this guide https://blog.awelswynol.co.uk/2018-01-setting-up-cloudflare-with-emby/ and was setup with a cloudflare cert in no time.

Hi, most likely something isn't correct in the the conversion you're doing for pem to pk#12.

If you like, zip up the 3 cert files and PM them to me along with a password you want to use and I'll convert it for you to try.
BTW, you can turn on debug logging (logs menu), then restart your server.

Wait about 1 minute then take a look at your log file.  You will see an error if the cert format or password is incorrect.

It's also possible a setting is wrong on Cloudflare but if you followed the guide it should be ok.
