Volume Slider in Windows

In the windows  in browser version of Emby, the Volume slider is not "Live". Meaning the volume doesnt change as you slide the slider. It changes once you slide it, and then let go. This is super annoying as you never know if you got the right desired volume without constant move and release tweaks as opposed to ever other app out there where using the slider actually changes the volume as you move it. 

Is this something that is not normal and is just my install? A known bug that is just not me? Is there a known way to change the behavior?

No is is not just you as I see the same results, but have no idea if it has always been this way.
