Can't connect remotely using the Emby app

Hi There,

 

For some reason I cannot connect remotely from my phone while remote to the server but I can connect VIA browser.

Emby lives on windows connecting to a NAS for it's library while the whole thing is behind HA Proxy on pfsense.

It was working fine up until recently but for some reason it died.

I checked around here and found some posts that were ish relevant but didn't help in any specific way.

@EchoAlexa9 what phone are you trying to connect with, and what are you using on the phone when trying to do that?
