Cannot Load Subtitles Regardless of Plugins

I have tried every combination of installing subtitles within the site and nothing will work.  On the front end, i.e. within a title or while playing, I get the error "No results found.  Have you configured subtitle downloading?".  I can confirm that I have usernames for OpenSubtitles and Addic7ed that work on their websites, and I am not including the hash option to limit results.

In the Dashboard I get the following errors below for when the system tries in the background:

I have tried installing every subtitle program available, and only the two above and both scenarios end with the same results.  I have also been good about restarting my server with the plugins to avoid bad data results.  I am currently using a Synology Diskstation for my server program.

Please advise next steps and how to fix this.  I prefer this to Plex, but without subtitles it's hard not to consider going back.

Thanks.

Hi.  Please provide the server log from when those errors occurred.

Stupid question I know, but where exactly can I locate that?  I've tried to be good about checking on what people typically provide, but this one I'm not sure about.

Did you check open subtitles to see that they have subtitles for what you are searching for?

I did, and there are.  For example, I just looked up Tombstone and found a ton of options on the website, and nothing in Emby.  Attached is the log.

Could this be a IPv6 issue?

Currently the Synology Diskstation is plugged directly into our AT&T modem/router all-in-one on AT&Ts high speed fiber network.

On DSM go to control panel, networks.

Highlight the network interface used for AT&T and edit it.
You will see a couple of tags including IPv6.

Try turning that off.

Let us know if this helps.

Did not work.  Please see screenshot showing IPv6 in an off status (and I restarted the server as well before trying again).  I have also included the log from my attempt:
