Problema de reproduccion

Se me esta presentando el siguiente problema con la app de ROKU, esto me sucede cuando se reproducen películas en 1080p aun convertida por EMBY, hay alguna para esto? Esto me pasa con 3 TV tlc del mismo modelo

Hi.  That says there is a network error.  Exactly when do you get this message?  Is the device local or remote to the server?

Right after you get that message, can you please send a log from the app?
