Edrock200 53 Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 I have a rather odd issue. I have two emby servers, one as a test server and the other my primary. They are both configured the same. On my primary 4.5.4 Docker instance, some shows, when opened, list no episodes or seasons within them. If I search for that show name, it will list the show and even episodes, but if I click on one of the episodes it acts like the episode is an independent item. If I click on the title of that show in that view, it takes me back to the parent Show item, but again, no episodes or seasons listed. The folder path is correct when I click "Edit Metadata" and that path does indeed contain episodes. If I "sh" into the container, it can see the path and files and has access to them. I've tried several things without success: Restarted Emby Restarted Mount Restarted Host Cloned the instance to my test box Upgraded to 4.6.4 Vacuumed DB Initiated manual scans at each level - Show --> Library --> Full Emby Server Scan Confirmed file and folder permissions and naming Confirmed my test instance of Emby can see and update the same shows in the same folders/paths w/o issue Created a new "test" library with the same paths - this seems to just reuse the path/metadata from the database Copy the show to a completely new root path on the same mount with the same permissions and naming --> This seems to work, but I can't tell why Right now, on my test box, I'm trying to delete the TV library then recreate it to see if that helps. But its taking a while to delete. Guessing it's running through the db removing entries. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Edrock200 53 Posted October 6, 2021 Author Posted October 6, 2021 Quick update. So deleting the test library with the same paths wiped the actual tv library too. So doing a full scan now. Will see if that fixes it.

Edrock200 53 Posted October 7, 2021 Author Posted October 7, 2021 It's still scanning but it looks like some of the problem shows have returned in full form properly. So I think I'm good now. I'll post back once the scan is done with a final result. Thanks for checking in. 1
Edrock200 53 Posted October 7, 2021 Author Posted October 7, 2021 Happy to report all seems well after scanning finished
