DJX 18 Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 Hi all Looking for comments from those with a firestick 4k. My media is home photos and videos created on a mobile phone or SLR or Camcorder. Most are 4k MP4 Samsung S21 videos. Would my content play OK on a firestick from those who play similar content? I ask because I have a Samsung tv and the phone videos are stretched due to an Emby bug so I'm hoping for proper playback when using the Fire stick. Are there any particular bugs to be aware of?
Luke 42078 Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 Quote stretched due to an Emby bug Just a point of correction - this is a Samsung video player bug that Samsung needs to fix and the best we can do is workaround it by switching to transcoding until it is resolved in the TV video player. 1
