Dispositivos borrados

He borrado algunos dispositivos en el servidor y cuando vuelven a reconectarse  se quedan en el logo cargando y no reconectan, alguna solución para esto?

Are these users using Emby Connect?
If so try resetting them by removing the Emby Connect username from the account on your system (users menu), Save it.
Add Emby Connect username back to user on your system and save it.

Try removing the current server entry on the client and then start over logging in.

What clients are you using?

Can you provide a server log and time stamp as well as client used to connect?
We can look to see what's in the log this way.

me sucede con todos los clientes android, teatro windows, navegador chrome, etc, solo con el chrome pude solucionarlo borrando el historial de navegación

En todos los clientes eliminados me permite poner el IP del servidor, pero cuando pasa a iniciar sesión queda así.

Mi intención es darles el menor trabajo posible, solo quiero saber si es normal que borre un dispositivo del servidor y luego presente problemas al reconectar.

No that is not normal.  The user should be forced to log back in again.

Check something for us.
Go to users menu and select the user.
Go to the access tab and make sure this person is set like this:
