original post title:  question about server log - remote/local client

Questions about the below lines from server log:
    2021-10-02 10:36:40.638 Info App: RemoteClientBitrateLimit: 9000000, RemoteIp: 192.168.1.158, IsInLocalNetwork: True
    2021-10-02 10:36:40.654 Info App: RemoteClientBitrateLimit: 9000000, RemoteIp: 192.168.1.158, IsInLocalNetwork: True

1) I have a 9Mbps streaming limit for remote (i.e., external) connections.  I just want to make sure this limit is not being applied for internal clients.  Does the IsInLocalNetwork: True nullify the remote limits?

2) Every time this info is logged it is always duplicated, like as shown above.  Why is it duplicated?

Correct as the setting does not apply to local network.
