eccben 0 Posted September 30, 2021 Posted September 30, 2021 I installed emby on the unraid docker and became emby premiere. At the same time, I also loaded / dev / dri. I can also see hardware decoders in transcoding, but all movies can only be played in the software playback mode. Similarly, I can normally hard decode using jellyfin and plex. How can I solve it? eccben 0 Posted October 1, 2021 Author Posted October 1, 2021 (edited) Today I tried to use the cracked version (zishuo / embyserver) to hard decode. When I use emby premiere to activate, the hard decoding fails all the time. I don't know how this happens. Please help me。(This upload is the screenshot and log used on the cracked version) Question link: ffmpeg-transcode-d69daed0-47b7-486c-9c2f-6f35128aa2de_1.txt Edited October 1, 2021 by Happy2Play Removed external address
Luke 42078 Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 Try changing your options from advanced to just yes to go back to defaults and see how that compares. Thanks.
eccben 0 Posted October 2, 2021 Author Posted October 2, 2021 I set yes yesterday. It's still software
Happy2Play 9780 Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 (edited) The logs show "Adapter #0: 'Device 32902:1050' Id:1050 (Driver: Intel i965 driver for Intel(R) Haswell Server - 2.4.1, Vendor: 32902)" and "Adapter #0: 'Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th' Id:1042 (Driver: Intel i965 driver for Intel(R) Haswell Desktop - 2.4.0, Vendor: Intel Corporation)", but a Sandy Bridge/Haswell can not decode HEVC or HEVC 10bit. Is that the correct hardware? @eccben Intel Quick Sync Video - Wikipedia Don't know how much of difference it makes but is there a reason you are on 4.5.4.0 instead of current 4.6.4.0?
