The movie cannot be hard decoded

I installed emby on the unraid docker and became emby premiere. At the same time, I also loaded / dev / dri. I can also see hardware decoders in transcoding, but all movies can only be played in the software playback mode. Similarly, I can normally hard decode using jellyfin and plex. How can I solve it? The logs show "Adapter #0: 'Device 32902:1050' Id:1050 (Driver: Intel i965 driver for Intel(R) Haswell Server - 2.4.1, Vendor: 32902)" and "Adapter #0: 'Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th' Id:1042 (Driver: Intel i965 driver for Intel(R) Haswell Desktop - 2.4.0, Vendor: Intel Corporation)", but a Sandy Bridge/Haswell can not decode HEVC or HEVC 10bit. 

Is that the correct hardware? @eccben

Don't know how much of difference it makes but is there a reason you are on 4.5.4.0 instead of current 4.6.4.0?
