Not able to seek or rewind files playing through my sheild

I have an issue, anytime I rip one of my bluerays with makemkv, full file no compression. and drop it in my movie folder I can't seek or rewind the movie. It throws up a pop up window unable to seek.

Weird thing is I can play the file from the folder with VLC and it seeks just fine. I can also play the file on the computer through the web app and it seems to seek ok.

Running windows 10 with emby installed, over my network through an nvidia shield, seems like the issue when I play through the shield

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi. Try refreshing metadata on one of these and see if that helps.  If not, please provide a log from the app right after recreating the issue.

I have still issue like this.

All meta data are refreshed.

I cant revind on a y of the custom players I tried MX player, VLC.

I had to change the to custom players as default emby player can only mamaged 720p and all my movies are in 1080p.

 

How can I submit the Log when the issues are on Android TV.

I'm able to use default player in PC and Andoid Mobile

Can you please play that item for a few seconds and then follow the instructions to send a log from the app?
