How to disable 'download button' for my srt subtitle files?

Is there any way to disable 'downloading' my srt files?

I did a red circle to 'Download' button in the photo shown below.

AFAIK nope, you can disable downloading media files and/or disable new subtitle downloads, but those from your server - I guess noone ever thought that someone might need it. As a sidenote, why would you want to disable that?

If a user is playing back media on a device with subtitles they need to be able to "download" the subs.
